Apparel & Activewear
All apparel and activewear items are made to order. These products are created specifically for you once the order is placed.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect sizing chosen by the customer
- Change of mind or preference
We do accept returns or replacements for:
- Products that arrive damaged
- Manufacturing defects
- Significant printing errors
If your item qualifies, we will issue a free replacement or full refund, based on your preference.
Accessories, Gear & Non-Apparel Products
Items such as bags, accessories, fitness gear etc. may not be made to order, but they are still held to our strict quality standards.
Returns are accepted only in the case of:
- Product damage upon arrival
- Manufacturing defects
Returns are not accepted for customer error or change of mind.
Return Eligibility & Timeframe
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
- You must contact us within 14 days window of receiving your order
- You must provide your order number
- You must submit clear photos showing the issue

Once we verify the issue, we will guide you through the next steps. In most cases, you will not be required to physically return the item. If a return is necessary, we will provide a prepaid return label and instructions.
Non-Returnable Conditions
We are unable to offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
- The return request is submitted more than 14 days after delivery
- The product was damaged after delivery
- The issue falls within accepted production tolerances (e.g. slight color variation or minor design shifts)
- The wrong size was ordered without reviewing our provided size chart
